MAK Sustainable Developers is an environmentally responsible company with the goal of bringing sustainable, environmentally friendly homes to India. As climate change is showing its effects on our surroundings ever increasingly, we at MAK Sustainable Developers believe that it is our responsibility to do our part in making our industry more sustainable and green. MAK Sustainable Developers has ventured into sustainable luxury wood housing with an objective to curb the ever- rising pollution in the environment due to conventional construction technology. We have collaborated with Forestry Innovation Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. (FII India), also known as ‘Canadian Wood’, a crown agency of the Government of British Columbia, Canada, to develop and promote sustainable wood-based housing in India. This is a landmark collaboration of two likeminded entities to create a positive impact on the environment. Their aim is to promote and create a sustainable environment for all by focusing on three key areas – using sustainable resources, creating sustainable living environments, and to bring sustainable construction technology to India.

MAK Sustainable Developers is a responsible real estate company that has always believed in building and developing clean, green, and healthy living spaces for its clients. The Canadian Wood Villa is our step towards sustainability and in making our planet a better place to live in. We hope to galvanize our industry into looking at newer more sustainable way of construction, and to leave behind our environmentally damaging ways.
