MAK Sustainable Developers is an environmentally responsible company with the goal of bringing sustainable, environmentally friendly homes to India. MAK Sustainable Developers has ventured into sustainable luxury wood housing with an objective to curb the ever- rising pollution in the environment due to conventional construction technology. We have collaborated with Forestry Innovation Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. (FII India), also known as ‘Canadian Wood’, a crown agency of the Government of British Columbia, Canada, to develop and promote sustainable wood-based housing in India.

at BTR Greens
BTR Spread over 250 acres in the heart of Hyderabad’s Knowledge City, BTR Greens by MAK Projects is a world-class gated and guarded community project. Comprising of 300 premium villas, it offers all the luxuries of city-life in a serene environment. The project incorporates many sustainable design elements such as green and blue corridors, recycled grey water for watering of plants, and an upcoming 2MW solar power plant to power the project.
Canadian wood villas built with sustainably sourced, certified wood from British Columbia and material & technical assistance by Canadian Wood. The launch of Canadian Wood Villa in BTR Greens is a path-breaking venture for MAK Sustainable Developers as it is their maiden project.
